membership service, please be sure to read and fully understand this "Memory
Master Member Subscription Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as
"this Agreement"). Minors under the age of 18 must complete the
agreement confirmation and service purchase process with the full participation
of their legal guardians. If you have any questions about the content of this

1. Memory Master
the mobile application and its supporting
technical service system independently developed, operated and maintained by
the developer SHUGE NETWORK TECHNOlOGY LIMITED , including related websites and
technical interfaces.
2. Memory Master
Affiliate
Refers to a registered user who completes
the subscription purchase through legal payment procedures and enjoys
member-exclusive rights and interests in accordance with regulations during the
validity period of the agreement.
3. Memory Master Member
Service
After paying the service fees according to
the platform's publicized standards, users can obtain a combination of
exclusive functions and technical services .
4. Memory Master Member
Service Rules
Including but not limited to supplementary
documents such as membership agreements, announcements, instructions for use,
FAQs and activity rules published by the platform.
5. Amendment of the
Agreement
The operator has the right to revise the
terms of the agreement in accordance with laws, regulations and operational
needs, and the revised content will be announced through system notifications,
pop-up push notifications, etc. If the user continues to use the service, it
will be deemed that the revised terms have been accepted. If the user refuses
to revise the terms, the service should be terminated .
1. The content of member-exclusive
services shall be based on the real-time public list of the platform. It is
prohibited to obtain service content through illegal means such as technical
cracking and data separation. Violators shall bear corresponding civil and
criminal liabilities .
2. Membership service is an integral part
of the Memory Master functional module. When using membership service, users
must simultaneously comply with all terms of the "Memory Master User
Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" .
3. The operator has the right to dynamically
adjust member benefits according to market strategies, including but not
limited to service extensions, benefit upgrades, price promotions, etc. The
specific preferential policies shall be subject to the platform’s public
announcement.
1. Payment Methods
Memory Master membership service is paid
for through the subscription mechanism in the IOS system. It is a virtual
digital product and adopts a transaction model of payment before service. It
does not have financial attributes such as deposits and prepayments. Once the
user completes the payment, the service is deemed to be effective immediately,
and refunds must be requested through the customer service channel.
2. Rates
The charging standards are independently
determined by us based on our operating costs, operating strategies, etc.
(adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.),
and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotion and
payment pages; if the relevant charging method changes during your purchase and
renewal, the charging method we actually accept will prevail; if the price of
the relevant service is adjusted, it shall be based on the currently valid
price announced on our platform (except where we have otherwise agreed with
you). Please read the relevant notice carefully before deciding whether to
renew.
3. Continuous
Subscription Instructions
In order to protect the rights and
interests of users and ensure service continuity, Memory Master now launches a
periodic subscription service, including four modes: weekly subscription,
monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and annual subscription. By
subscribing and using this service, users are deemed to have fully read,
understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.
(1) Continuous subscription rules
(a) This service is applicable to users
who have activated their membership, and is designed to ensure service
continuity through an automated renewal mechanism. When users confirm their
subscription, they authorize this platform to automatically initiate renewal
deductions before the expiration of the service period in accordance with Apple's
IOS payment rules, without the need to repeatedly verify payment credentials.
(b) The calculation rules for the
deduction cycle are as follows. Weekly subscription: automatically renewed
every 7 days (for example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction
date for the next period is April 5) ; Monthly subscription: deduction on the
1st day before the end of each month (for example, if the subscription is on
March 29, the deduction date for the next period is April 28) ; Quarterly
subscription: deduction on the 28th day of the last month of each quarter (for
example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction date for the next
period is June 28) ; Yearly subscription: deduction on the 1st day before the
corresponding day of the next year (for example, if the subscription is on
March 29, the deduction date for the next period is March 28 of the next year) .
(c) Deduction Execution Mechanism: The
platform will initiate the first deduction 24 hours before the service expires.
If the available balance in the account is lower than the amount payable, the
system will make a second deduction attempt within 24 hours after the first
deduction fails. If both deductions fail, the membership service will be
automatically terminated, and the risk of service interruption caused by this
will be borne by the user.
(d) Fee Standard : The subscription fee is
based on the price agreed upon when the user first activates the service ; when
participating in limited-time promotions, the promotional pricing will be
applied ; if the user cancels and then re-subscribes, the price published at
the time of re-subscription will be applied .
(2) Termination of Continuous Subscription
(a) Default renewal rules : After a user
successfully subscribes, the system will continue to execute the automatic
renewal process until it receives a clear termination instruction.
(b) The termination instructions are as
follows. Users can cancel their subscription through the iOS system by
following the following path: Open the iPhone's "Settings", enter
"iTunes Store and App Store", click "Apple ID", select
"View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click
"Subscriptions", and select " Memory Master " to cancel the
subscription.
(c) Termination of validity : After
successfully canceling the subscription, the membership privileges will be
automatically terminated when the current service period expires. The deducted
fees will not be refunded, and the user can continue to enjoy the rights and
interests until the end of the current period.
1. The copyright, patent, trademark and
other intellectual property rights of the member-exclusive functions, technical
solutions and related digital content (collectively referred to as "member
service resources") provided by this platform belong to the operating
entity of Memory Master, authorized partners or relevant rights holders. Users
only obtain non-exclusive use rights through subscription, which does not
constitute a transfer or license of intellectual property rights under any
circumstances.
2. The material resources (including but
not limited to templates, material libraries, plug-ins, etc.) obtained by users
through membership services are limited to personal non-commercial use,
including: personal learning and research, non-profit creative activities,
private entertainment and appreciation of works. It is strictly prohibited to
use the aforementioned resources for commercial promotion, product development,
secondary sales and other profit-making activities without written
authorization.
V. User
Behavior Guidelines and Violation Handling
1. Prohibition of sexual
activity
The following behaviors are strictly
prohibited when users use membership services:
(1) Technical abuse: tampering with service parameters
(including service period, consumption records, functional permissions, etc.)
through illegal technical means such as reverse engineering, data tampering,
and system vulnerability exploitation.
(2) Service transfer: allowing a third party to use membership
rights through leasing, lending, resale, etc.
(3) Illegal copying: secondary development of member-exclusive
functions, creation of derivative works, or reverse engineering
(4) Security sabotage: interfering with, circumventing or
cracking the platform's security verification mechanisms and technical
protection measures
(5) Fraudulent behavior: Exploiting system loopholes to illegally
obtain membership benefits or implement malicious refunds
(6) Other acts that violate the User
Agreement, Privacy Policy, and laws and regulations
2. Default handling
mechanism
If the above-mentioned violations occur,
the platform has the right to take the following measures without any
compensation liability: immediately terminate the membership service and freeze
the account permissions, and no refund will be made for the paid fees; report
to the administrative department or initiate legal proceedings to pursue legal
liability; demand compensation for actual losses caused by the breach of
contract (including losses claimed by third parties)
1. Changes to Service Content
Based on the following circumstances, this
platform reserves the right to adjust member services:
(1) Changes in national laws, regulations
and regulatory requirements
(2) Product technology architecture
upgrade
(3) Adjustment of market operation
strategy
Users can indicate their rejection of the
changes by stopping using the service; continued use will be deemed as
acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Suspension
The Platform may suspend or terminate the
service in the following circumstances:
(1) The user terminates the subscription
or fails to renew the subscription on time
(2) The user has committed a serious
breach of contract
(3) Due to requirements of the state or
relevant departments or force majeure events
(4) Other circumstances where the service
should or needs to be suspended or terminated due to laws and regulations or Memory
Master business adjustments.
After the service is terminated, users can
check their account status through the official customer service channels.
VII.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. This Agreement shall be governed by the
laws of mainland China, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement
shall be settled through negotiation between the Parties. If no agreement is
reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the People’s Court with jurisdiction over the
defendant’s place of
residence for litigation.
Supplementary Provisions: The titles of
the terms of this Agreement are for reading convenience only and do not affect
the interpretation and application of the terms. The service adjustment
announcement is deemed to be delivered to users from the date of publication,
and continued use of the service is deemed to be acceptance of the revised
terms.
